Iced Tea Instructions

Making a healthy iced tea at home is easy!

Our favourites: Honeybush Raspberry, Rooibos Orange Goji, Tropical Mango, Green and White Mango Supreme, Spring Iced Tea, Pear Cream Fruit.

Cold Method:

Use 1 tsp of tea per 6oz of water. Infuse the tea in cold water overnight in the fridge.

Iced tea can also be made by placing your regularly steeped hot tea in the fridge for a couple of hours.

The cold method is ideal for making green and black iced tea, as it gently steeps the tea, bringing out its full flavour and avoiding bitterness.

Hot Method:

Use 2 tsp of tea per 6oz of water (double the regular amount used to make tea). Infuse for the regular length of time required for the type of tea you are using. Remove the tea leaves and pour hot tea over a glass of ice.

The hot method is perfect for instant iced tea; pouring the hot tea over ice cools it and dilutes it to its normal strength.
